Many believes the Nigeria President is breaking the safety rules imposed face masks as they asked Why President Muhammadu Buhari don’t wear facemask.

Lauretta Onochia, The President’s assistant on social media made this known via her verified social media handle in a single tweet on Saturday 16th-may-2020.

Buhari‘s special assistant on social media in a tweet said the Nigeria President is not breaching the safety rules by not putting on facemasks.

Lauretta in her tweet, stated that Muhammadu Buhari has no need to wear facemasks because the president is working from his own safe environment within the Presidential villa, Aso Rock.

Guests are the ones expected to put on facemasks while visiting the president, visitor wear facemasks to ensure that whoever they are visiting is protected and safe from whatever infections they may have.

Wearing of Facemasks is one of the covid-19 safety guidelines and nationals must wear facemask in public places and when going out of they safety environment.

The covid-19 preventive directives are imposed on the nationals by the Federal Government and many Nigerians wonder why the president don’t wear facemasks.

Lauretta Onochie in her tweet recently has explained why the president is not breaking the guidelines;
