AY Makun Reacts To Funke Akindele’s Prosecution

Ay Makun, Nigerian comedian and Actor reacted to Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele’s Prosecution by the Lagos State Government for breaching the state regulations.

Ay Makun is a Nigerian stand up comedian and actor, well known by his stage name AY has reacted to the persecution of Nollywood megastar, Funke Akindele and her husband, JJC Skillz for flouting the social distancing directives imposed by the Minister of Health to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Recall informationnaija on Sunday reported the arrest of Funke Akindele and husband, JJC Skillz for flouting the Lagos State lockdown, stay at home, social distancing regulation to battle coronavirus pandemic.

Ay showing concerns and support for the actress took to his twitter page admitting that no body is above the law of the state and of the country in general, wishing those who asked for the persecution of the actress Funke Akindele and her husband could do the same with the government that is oppressing them.

Adding that no matter how the cloud filled up the sky the sun will still shine above. The actress will rise again with a hash [#] tag #Lessonslearnt.

Ay Makun Reacts To Funke Akindele's Prosecution

Funke Akindele and Abdulrasheed Bello well known as JJC Skillz are married and the birthday party was held in his (Skillz) honour on Saturday night at his resident.

Informationnaija.com learnt that the State Police force attention was drawn to a viral video showing a large number of people mostly from the Nollywood industry in an Estate celebrating.

Social media users called for the arrest of the actress for hosting a party during the lockdown period tag quarantine to help fight the spread of Corona Virus.
